Hathor was worshipped in Egypt for over 2000 golden years.

She is the primordial Goddess and purest ideal of True Love, Beauty, Pleasure, Birth, Motherhood, Abundance, Water,  Sky, Moon, Milky Way,  Celebration, Ceremony, Music, Dancing, Drunkenness, Protection, Warriors, Consorts, Nurses and  Healers. She is the epitome of the Divine Feminine. Her Familial is the Cow. Her True Love is Horus and her name means House of Horus. She is the Eye of Horus and sees all.  The mystery teachings of Hathor and Horus include sacred and transformational sexuality including virgin birth. 

It is funny that I was called Hathor by my father as a kid. My personal experience, study and experience of Hathor 40 years later in Egypt was life changing.   The inspiration of Hathor may have first whispered in my ear at a Therapeutic Touch™ Retreat held by Crystal Hawk and Mary Simpson in 1998.  As I was hurtling a mascara brush towards my eye, I heard the word: “Anoint”.  I paused, and then consciously, gratefully, anointed my eye lashes.
